The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) has overall responsibility for the administration and enforcement of health and safety at work in Ireland. When you register with FARMSAFELY.COM we require your First name and surname.
This information is used to generate the final safety report for your farm. If you do not want to provide this information, please use a full stop for your first name and surname. Then when you print your report you can write these details directly onto the print out.
At registration time we also ask you for an email address. We use this to create your account, and to send you a new password if you forget the one you chose.
Farm Safety can send you email reminders of action items and a reminder to update your farm assessment annually. Also, from time to time the HSA have safety information that you might like them to send you. If you chose to receive either of these, we will use your email address to send them to you. If you decide later that you do not want to receive either of these emails, you can change your preferences in your profile.
What personal data does this website collect using cookies
To help us to understand how FarmSafely.com is being used we also track anonymous usage information using Google Analytics. This is done at login time so we know how often Farm Safely is being used. EazySAFE also use cookies to maintain your application session as you work on your risk assessment, this is removed when you logout.
FarmSafely.com is your data stored for your education and guidance. All of the personal data we collect from you on this site is collected for the setup of your account, to track your risk assessment, to administer your account and to allow you to create and secure your account login details. Although the HSA provide this service to you, we have no access to your personal data.
The service is managed by the Irish company, EazySAFE who process your data as directed by us and in line with our commitment to you regarding your privacy. Your data is stored in Ireland and EazySAFE share statistical registration with us. And as explained above, Google Analytics is used to keep track of the number of people who are using FarmSafely.com.
Your personal data is stored as until you decide to close your account or your account has not been accessed in 6 years.
EazySAFE store your data in a secure environment and access is restricted to the staff who provide the services you signed up for.
